1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Datemio (“Datemio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Datemio.
2. Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old to use Datemio. By using the service, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account belongs to a minor or the age requirement has not been met.
3. The service

7. User content
You remain responsible for content you submit, including profile details, photos, and messages. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit that content and that it does not violate law or another person's rights. To operate and display the service, you grant Datemio a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content as necessary to provide the features you choose to use. This license ends when the content is deleted, subject to backups, legal obligations, and content already shared with others.
8. Safety, reports, and moderation
Use available blocking and reporting tools to address unwanted contact or suspected violations. We may review reports, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access where we reasonably believe these actions are needed to protect users, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. We cannot guarantee that every user is who they claim to be or that all harmful behavior will be detected.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled. Review it before using Datemio. If the service links to third-party websites or services, their own terms and privacy policies apply to those services.
10. No guarantee; user interactions
To the extent permitted by law, Datemio is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, the accuracy of user-provided content, or the conduct, identity, intentions, or compatibility of other users. Use caution when sharing information or meeting anyone offline. Tell someone you trust about plans to meet, choose a public place, and do not send money to someone you have not independently verified.
11. Intellectual property
Datemio and its original branding, design, and materials are owned by or licensed to the operator and protected by applicable laws. 12. Suspension and termination
