1. Be respectful
Communicate honestly and respectfully. Different opinions are fine; threats, intimidation, targeted abuse, hateful slurs, or repeated unwanted contact are not.
2. Use authentic information
Represent yourself honestly. Do not impersonate another person, create deceptive profiles, use another person's photos without permission, or mislead people about material facts.
3. Consent and boundaries
Respect “no,” silence, blocks, and requests to stop. Do not pressure, threaten, blackmail, stalk, or repeatedly contact someone who has made clear they do not want contact.
4. No exploitation or non-consensual content
Do not share intimate images or private messages without permission. Do not threaten to publish intimate content, sexualize minors, promote sexual exploitation, or post content involving coercion or abuse.
5. Keep private information private
Do not publish another person's home address, phone number, account credentials, precise location, financial details, or other identifying information without their clear permission. Do not use Datemio to track or expose someone.
6. No scams or harmful activity
Do not solicit money through deception, run romance or investment scams, distribute malware, phish for credentials, manipulate people into financial transfers, or use the service for illegal activity.
7. Content and spam
Do not flood the service with repetitive messages, automated activity, misleading promotions, or unsolicited commercial solicitations. Do not upload unlawful, threatening, or otherwise prohibited material.
8. Report concerns
If a profile, message, or interaction seems abusive, fraudulent, underage, or unsafe, stop engaging and contact [email protected]. Include relevant details and links where safe. Do not put yourself at risk to gather evidence.
9. Enforcement
Depending on the circumstances and available features, Datemio may review reports, remove content, limit functionality, suspend or terminate access, preserve information where appropriate, or refer credible threats to relevant authorities. We may not be able to share details about actions involving another person. Enforcement may depend on available evidence and applicable law.
10. Updates
We may update these guidelines as the service evolves. Continued use after updated guidelines take effect means you should follow the current version.
